Our attorneys are excited to introduce The Bullying Prevention Scholarship which we hope will encourage students across the country to share their stories of bullying prevention. In a well written 750 word essay, explain how you or someone you know has taken the initiative to reduce and ultimately prevent bullying in your community or school. How was this achieved, and how can these methods be applied to larger scale situations? The student selected for this scholarship will receive a $1,000 award.
Scholarship Eligibility
The Bullying Prevention Scholarship is available to all students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or law program within the United States. This scholarship is also available for high school seniors who will be graduating and planning to attend a university the following semester. All applicants must be able to prove that they are in excellent academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Scholarship Application
To apply for this scholarship, all applicants must submit the following:
A) An up-to-date resume including contact information
B) A 750 word essay on the following topic: Discuss how you or someone you know has worked to reduce bullying in your community or school. How was this achieved and how can these methods be applied to larger scale situations?
C) A current transcript from your most recent educational institution
