Idaho FFA Foundation Scholarships

The Idaho FFA Foundation is proud to announce the 2022 College Scholarship Program! This year, a grand total of $39,000 will be awarded to 31 recipients. 

A) Tractor Raffle Scholarships: $15,000

B) Tractor Raffle Agricultural Education Scholarships: $4,000

C) Betaseed Scholarships: $2,000

D) Dairy West Scholarships: $10,000

E) Meridian Dairy & Stock Shows, Inc. Scholarships: $6,000

F) D&B Scholarships: $2,000 

Scholarships will be announced at the 2022 Idaho FFA State Convention in Twin Falls. FFA Advisors of scholarship winners will be notified prior to the conference. Actual amounts awarded may vary.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements vary per scholarship, please refer to the growidahoffa.org/scholarships and click the scholarship eligibility button for individual scholarship requirements. 

ALL scholarship applications must include: 

A) Must be a current Idaho FFA member with a minimum GPA of 2.0.

B) Scholarship recipients must enroll as a full-time student at a post-secondary institution within 12 months of scholarship selection to receive the scholarship. (Exceptions to extend this time period for up to 24 months may be granted upon written request to accommodate religious, military, FFA state or national officer commitments. Other requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.) All scholarship funds will be paid directly to the educational institution after proof of enrollment is received. Specific instructions will be sent to all scholarship recipients.

C) Scholarships are available to students enrolling in a post-secondary education undergraduate program at a college, university, or technical school. You may apply for as many scholarships as you are eligible for but only one scholarship will be awarded per recipient.

D) Include a recent digital photo in which the applicant is wearing their FFA jacket. This is required to receive a scholarship!

E) Completed application with all required signatures, along with an official transcript of high school record to date, or college record to date, and 1 letter of recommendation, must be submitted on or before November 30th, 2021. Applications will not be considered without a transcript and letter of recommendation.

F) Have had a teacher, advisor, mentor or parent look over application for grammatical errors. Points will be deducted from application scores for grammatical errors.
