The Oklahoma Farm Bureau and Affiliated Companies and its Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee offer nine $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors pursuing a career in agriculture at an Oklahoma institution of higher learning as a full-time student. Applicants must be from a Farm Bureau member family. Access an online application on the Application Center page or ask for one at any county Farm Bureau office across the state. Applications are also sent to all Oklahoma FFA chapters and county extension offices by March, for an April 1 deadline.
Nine $1,000 scholarships will be awarded, one per OKFB state board district
A) Must be a graduating high school senior.
B) Must enroll full time in an agriculture program at an accredited Oklahoma institution of high learning.
C) Must be a member of a Farm Bureau family (father, mother or legal guardian memberships qualify; grandparents’, siblings’ or other relatives’ memberships may not be used). Membership must remain in good
standing for the duration of the scholarship.
D) Children of paid employees of Oklahoma Farm Bureau and affiliated Companies are not eligible.
