A) The college student to receive the scholarship (male or female) must be from a Farm Bureau Family with a Regular Membership. If married or 21 years of age or older, the student must have a Farm Bureau membership in his/her own name.
B) The parents of the applying student should have been an Ogemaw County Farm Bureau member for 5 years or more.
C) The scholarship will be a gift - not a loan.
D) The money will be paid to the student upon presentation of a paid registration receipt.
E) The student must be entering his/her second year of college study or more, including graduate work and enrolled as a full-time student.
F) Grade point average of 2.6 is required of the student for his/her first year of college work.
G) No financial statement is necessary.
H) Student may receive scholarship more than once.
