The Henri and Lanette Rousseau Memorial Scholarship was established by the late Lanette Rousseau to provide educational opportunities for graduates from Humboldt County High Schools to pursue a field of Agriculture, Science, Education or Vocational Education. Henri and Lanette Rousseau were life long members of the Farm Bureau and both were active on the Board of Directors. In 1996, the Rousseau Estate provided a partnership between the Humboldt Area Foundation and the Humboldt County Farm Bureau for this scholarship program.
