The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Foundation is sponsoring scholarships for deserving students pursuing careers related to the precast concrete industry.
Precast concrete-related careers including positions in manufacturing facilities, architectural firms, engineering firms and the general construction industry.
Who May Apply?
Applications are open to anyone who will be enrolled in a certificate program or an undergraduate program at an academic institution for the next academic year following the applicaton deadline. The applicant's course of study should be in an academic field related to the building, construction or precast concrete industry. Applicants must be enrolled in a certificate program, two, or four year degree program. The academic institution may be either a four-year college, a community college, or a vocational school with a recognized related course of study.
What Must Accompany The Completed Application?
To guarantee the application will be reviewed by the NPCA Foundation Board of Directors, please include the following materials:
1. A transcript of high school grades and/or college grades (if applicable) through the most recent grading period prior to the date of application.
2. A 300-500 word essay.
3. A letter of recommendation from a member of the high school or college faculty (if applicable).
4. A completed recommendation form from an NPCA member.
