SCHOLARSHIP FAQ
What do I need to write about in my essay?
We want to encourage students to take a critical look at the ways in which they commonly become distracted while they are driving. Distractions include phone-related activities like texting, scrolling social media, or changing music. Distractions could also involve more "real world" interruptions such as turning around to to talk to friends, applying makeup, or wearing headphones. Then we want students to reflect on and document how they intend to put an end to those distracted driving behaviors and why it's crucial that they do so.
