A) Residency Requirement: Not Applicable

B) Education Requirement: Graduating seniors from a Greene County or Greeneville High School, OR current students at Tusculum University

C) Field of Study: Fine arts, commercial arts, or media arts

D) GPA Minimum: 3.0

E) College/Enrollment Requirement: Full-time enrollment in an accredited not-for-profit college or university

F) Financial Need: Not Applicable
