The Eileen J. Smith, R.N. Memorial Scholarship

The Eileen J. Smith, R. N. Memorial Scholarship was established by Eileen's husband and children. Eileen was a friendly, generous person. This scholarship is a reminder of the passion and dedication she had for helping others. This scholarship is non-renewable.

Eligibility Requirements:

A) Enrolled in an accredited college or university with a major in a medical profession

B) Applicants can be part-time or full-time students

C) Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher

Who Can Apply:

A) Graduating high school senior

B) Student already enrolled in and taking undergraduate classes

C) Adult returning to college

D) Student planning to attend graduate school

E) Student already enrolled in and taking graduate classes


Scholarship Criteria:

An interview may be requested at the discretion of the scholarship committee.


Scholarship Award:

Up to $1,000

Scholarship Use:

Tuition, books, or other academic fees
